Sketch Yachats

UPDATE: Due to an ailing family member we have returned to Southern California, and we're forced to suspend our Oregon tours for the remainder of the year. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

We're bringing plein air sketching and watercolor painting to our local community of Yachats, OR.

We spend so much of our time in the fall and winter adventuring up and down the coast, that combining both passions for painting and the outdoors right here in our backyard is not only a logical decision but an absolute necessity. 

Sure we love visiting our friends in Portland to participate in Urban Sketching events around their digs, but having to commit to a 2+ hour drive up north to join in their fun seems like a wasted opportunity to enjoy all that surrounds us here around the Gem of the Oregon Coast.

In Yachats, "the dark waters at the edge of the sea," you will find the gorgeous, sleepy little coastal city full of hidden gems for the eager adventurer to discover. 

Although it can be chilly for this time of year, that has never stopped us from getting out there and sketching all types of scenes regardless of the weather.
